5. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.
Payment is generally collected when you place your order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed through our payment providers.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only to the U.S. destinations available at checkout. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders.
Most weekday orders ship the same day, but please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Orders placed over the weekend are fulfilled the next business day.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Processing time is additional. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or holidays.
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If we cannot ship within the promised processing timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate, and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund for the unshipped items.

7. Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with an OSQUO product, contact contact@osquoskin.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and identify the product.
Opened or used products: We will issue a full refund for the product, including applicable sales tax. You do not need to return it.
Unused, unopened products: We accept returns in their original packaging. OSQUO covers return shipping and will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Please contact us before returning anything. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a full refund for that product, including applicable sales tax.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will notify you when a refund has been processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us with your order number and details so we can help.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made before shipment. If your order has already shipped, our Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee remains available.

Website content, including OSQUO branding, logos, photographs, graphics, and original text, is owned by OSQUO or used with permission.
You may use our website for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.
